Flow control is installed in line between fixture and grease inerceptor. It's function is to regulate the flow so that it will not exceed the flow rate capacity of grease interceptor, thus insuring foolproof operation and maximum efficiency. Anari intake (or vent) must be used to insure proper operation of inerceptor.
